Frans Training privacy policy: the data we collect, purposes and legal basis, retention, and your rights under Indonesia's PDP Law and GR 33/2026.
Frans Training ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through frans.training, why, on what basis, how long we keep it, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, "UU PDP") and Government Regulation No. 33 of 2026.
Who we are
Frans Training is a corporate training provider that operates frans.training. For the processing described here, we act as the personal data controller.
Data we collect
Consultation form: name, business email, phone number, company name, and the training needs you enter (e.g. team size, location, budget).
Material and template downloads: your business email and the item you download.
Training or template registration and payment: name, email, phone, company, participant details, and transaction records.
Site usage data: pages visited and device, through Matomo Analytics, which uses a cookie.
Purposes and legal basis
Answering consultation requests and preparing proposals: at your request before a contract (contract performance).
Delivering training, issuing certificates and processing payments: contract performance and legal obligations (e.g. tax).
Sending the materials you download and related information: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Understanding site use and improving our service: legitimate interest; analytics data is not sold or shared for advertising.
Who can access the data
Data is stored and processed using Google Cloud services (hosting, database and file storage), an email service for sending messages, and Matomo for analytics. These providers act as processors on our behalf. Some infrastructure may be located outside Indonesia; where it is, we ensure protection in line with the UU PDP transfer rules. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (e.g. transaction records for tax). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
To be informed about how your data is processed.
To access your data and correct inaccurate data: we respond within 3×24 hours.
To request a copy of your data: we confirm it and the expected timeline within 3×24 hours of a verified request.
To withdraw consent: we stop the processing within 3×24 hours.
To request suspension or restriction of processing, and erasure, as provided by the UU PDP.
To object to solely automated decisions (we make no such decisions on this site).
Security and incidents
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access restrictions. If a personal data protection failure occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority within 3×24 hours as required by the UU PDP.
Cookies
Matomo Analytics stores a cookie to recognise returning visits. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
