Pelatihan praktis tentang ekosistem Microsoft Power Platform untuk membangun solusi bisnis low-code/no-code yang terintegrasi dengan Microsoft 365. Program ini mencakup empat komponen utama platform: (1) Power Automate — merancang dan membangun cloud flows dan desktop flows untuk otomasi proses bisnis, mulai dari automated triggers, approval workflows, hingga integrasi dengan 500+ konektor (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, SQL Server, dan third-party services), serta pengenalan AI Builder untuk intelligent automation; (2) Power Apps — membangun canvas apps dan model-driven apps untuk digitalisasi formulir, tracking system, dan aplikasi internal tanpa coding tradisional, menggunakan Dataverse sebagai data platform; (3) Power BI — membuat interactive dashboards dan reports untuk business intelligence, koneksi ke multiple data sources, DAX fundamentals, dan publishing ke workspace organisasi; (4) Power Virtual Agents — membangun chatbot untuk customer service dan internal helpdesk menggunakan natural language processing tanpa perlu keahlian AI. Peserta membangun solusi end-to-end yang mengintegrasikan keempat komponen dalam skenario bisnis nyata.
