Program ini mencakup empat pilar utama: (1) Fondasi BPM — memahami siklus hidup proses bisnis, notasi BPMN 2.0, dan teknik process mapping untuk mendokumentasikan workflow saat ini (as-is) dan merancang workflow ideal (to-be); (2) Process Discovery & Analysis — menggunakan teknik process mining dan AI-driven discovery untuk mengidentifikasi bottleneck, redundansi, dan peluang otomasi secara data-driven; (3) Implementasi Otomasi — hands-on dengan tools BPM modern (Camunda, Bizagi, Power Automate) untuk mendesain, mengeksekusi, dan memonitor workflow otomatis; (4) AI-Driven Process Optimization — memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan untuk intelligent routing, predictive process analytics, dan continuous improvement. Peserta mengerjakan capstone project berupa analisis dan otomasi proses bisnis nyata dari organisasi masing-masing, menghasilkan blueprint implementasi yang siap dieksekusi.
